WE WILL BE IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING COVID 19 PRECAUTIONARY GUIDELINES!!
1.Campers will be divided into 2 groups of 20 that will stay with the same counselors all day.
2. All Staff and participants will be health screened prior to being allowed entry. This screen includes a standard CDC approved questionnaire as well as a temperature check. There will be a staggered drop off time schedule to prevent congregating while awaiting health screens.
3. Cloth masks are to be worn by all staff and participants. We do understand that due the nature of a theater camp there will be certain exercises that require the removal of masks. For these times greater social distancing measures will be applied in those instances. All areas will have markers that indicate safe spacing
4. There will be no shared props, costumes or other potential touchable production elements.
5.Proper handwashing measures will be reviewed daily and hand sanitizer will be readily available.
6. There will be a qualified staff member to council any camper who may feel overwhelmed by current events or limitations placed by these guidelines.
7.All Staff and participants will be encouraged to stay home if not feeling well and will automatically sent home if they fail to pass the health screen.
This is a short list of measures that are unique to a theater camp and will be superseded by CDC guidelines and PA state requirements.
ALL STUDENTS ARE ELIGIBLE FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE!!
